We add another sense – hearing – to your sensory experience. Your visual input is now connected with how your ears perceive sound. The singing bowl is a vibrational medicine that helps you calm and manage your emotions. In this series of sessions, mindfulness-based therapy is also integrated in art therapy, so we do breathing and stretching exercises, along with the help from sound therapy to facilitate your creativity.
